1. Serious buyers only please or at least inform me if you're not interested wit the item anymore.

2. First PAY first served basis.

3. All sales are final and no refunds.

4. All prices are fixed except stated negotiable.

5. Goods sold are in good condition except stated. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage during delivery.

6. All items are preowned stuff unless stated.

7. Items may be reserved for a maximum period of 2 days. Payment must be made within this 2 days or it will be released to the next customer.

8. Buyers will have to bear all postage fee.

9. Payment to be made to our Maybank account via online transfer or cash deposit within 3 days.
